    Pressure, Stress, Change, Conflict, and Learning are all challenges teams face. And, when you are leading a team, these become the challenges you need to take on. In this compilation video, I have gathered five videos looking at how I would handle each of them - plus, an extra piece on taking care of the well-being of people in a remote team.

    Hi, first of all; Thank you for making this (and other) video's, they are great and I really like the way you present them. I have read a bit into the subject and what I found is that different websites/people use the 7factors in different order. I now wonder if there is a set -more sensible/efficient- order of 'working' on the model. What i mean is, is there a good/bad way to do it, or is it a matter of good/better? Cheerio!

    • @ManagementCourses
      @ManagementCourses 22 дні тому

      I don't think there is a correct order. The way I approach these things is to look for an order that makes sense to me and allows me to explain as clearly as possible. Other writers/speakers may see the world differently (or simply arrive at a different order that makes sense). There are 7! (5,040) sequences of these 7 items. No one is going to try out all of them!

    Can a passive communicator and an aggressive communicator co exist?

    • @ManagementCourses
      @ManagementCourses 25 днів тому

      First - and most importantly - it's not about being a passive communicator or an aggressive communicator. We are all both - and passive too. Rather, we can adopt a passive communication style or an aggressive communication style at different times. This means we can flip from one syle to another as our emotional state and level of self-control vary thorough an interaction. And so can the person we are interacting with.

    • @ManagementCourses
      @ManagementCourses Місяць тому

      Yes and no. I am taking a bit of a break from creating videos for this channel. So, to keep the content coming (and meet a different need), I am creating compilations. Basically, I am editing together 4 to 6 videos on a connected theme. Some people like the longer form learning packages. It takes me an hour to make one of these, compared to a day for each original video that goes into it. I am still actively creating new content weekly, for my other channel, @onlinepmcourses. But there, I am releasing compilations as an extra video, once every feew weeks (one out on this Sunday)

      I was originally taught to calibrate each individual, rather than assume they follow the 'standard' pattern. Whether handedness correlates in any way with eye-accessing orientation, however, I do not know. And if it does, I don't know if there are any studies (like much of NLP).

    Dr. Mike Clayton I've been a follower and subscriber to your channel for the past 8 months, or so. I think you have started to engage more whole heartedly with your videos in the past couple of weeks. Why? Before, your videos were a little bit stayed and predictable (never the less, inspiring). Now, you are making videos that seem ( to me) engaging, more polished, better edited, and get to the point. That's not to say that your earlier efforts were nothing but brilliant, by the way. Keep going with the new format. I think this appeals to the younger generation. It is BRILLIANT and engaging. Thank you Dr. Mike!

    Excellent video, thank you! However, I have a question regarding procurement and pricing: Does downline buy the products directly from upline or rather from multi-level organization? If they buy from upline, prices must increase with every level down the structure to earn some margin. That‘s my understanding, or am I missing something?

    • @ManagementCourses
      @ManagementCourses Місяць тому

      I don't know for sure, but my expectation is that the downline will sometimes buy directly from their upline, and sometimes directly from the organization - which would then credit the upline agent. I suspect prices don't increase, and that the margins are built in. That's why MLM products are often (not always, I'm sure) overpriced for their quality point. But, I have never been tempted to join an MLM scheme (for reasons that I hope are obvious), so I can only speak from secondary research.
